We have been together as partners (lovers)or whatever gay couples are called today, since we cannot legally marry in La. We marched with Forum for Equality group in the NOLA Gay Pride parade last yr. We catered Forum for Equality N. La. Legislative Appreciation Reception. Also we were a major sponsor of the first N. La. Gay Pride Monroe La. 2011. I personally have contacted our La. House Rep. regarding HB 112 which failed last yr. I am involved in LGBT Equality and a member of Forum for Equality in La. I work closely with Odessa Justice Sykes as a volunteer in N. La.
